Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita is proud to employ a number of premiere chefs, each specializing in a different type of cuisine – Italian, Indian, Chinese and Mauritian – for restaurant menus as diverse as the island itself. From a casual sushi lunch served poolside to a multi-course dinner under the stars, our chefs put creativity, and attention to detail into every aspect of our cuisine. Our restaurants are open on varying days to offer every guest the opportunity to experience and enjoy the unique dining venues, with full program details provided in our Dining Guide upon arrival to the Resort.

Acquapazza serves contemporary Italian cuisine in a warm, elegant yet informal atmosphere while Beau Champ offers contemporary grills with intimate settings for both indoor and outdoor dining. Thatched roofs offer cooling shade at Bambou, our poolside restaurant, which features beachfront dining in a relaxed environment with an international flair and the authentic flavours of Mauritian, Indian and Chinese cuisine. Take a break from the fairway and retreat to Il Forno, a well-appointed eatery located next to the course’s 18th hole. Open to both golfers and guests, it’s the ideal place to sample dishes both hearty and light while recapping the day’s events or latest round of golf.

Stop by O-Bar, a cosy but sophisticated spot overlooking the lagoon and the Resort’s private island. Fine wines and spirits, innovative cocktails and other thirst-quenching beverages are paired with casual fare, all of which can be enjoyed as you watch the sun set over the water. O-Bar is a prime destination for a pre-dinner cocktail or an after-dinner cigar and cognac.

Golf
Situated between land and sea is the spectacular and challenging Anahita Golf Course designed by Ernie Els. The Anahita course is a 6,828-meter, 18 hole, Par 72 championship course with large fairways and five sets of tees.

Kids Club
A colourful haven of fun and adventure for children aged 4 to 9, the Hobbit Village Kids’ Club includes its own swimming/paddling pool, amphitheatre, bakery, quiet room, playroom and sandpit, all supervised by friendly and dedicated Kids’ Club staff. This magical world of adventure is part of the complimentary Kids For All Seasons program. An endless choices of educational experiences, games and toys make this your child’s personal paradise playground in the heart of the Resort’s tropical environment.

Those aged 10 and above can take some time out from the family at Karokan, our young adults’ centre, where table tennis, football, Wii, Xbox and a home cinema are all on offer. Karokan is open daily and offers the supervision of Four Seasons staff at all times.
Babysitters are available with a few hours’ notice and at an hourly fee, allowing guests to enjoy some quiet time in this tropical paradise.
