The hotel is located on the East Coast, approximately an hour from the airport and 40 minutes from the capital, Port Louis.

All rooms feature a private terrace or balcony facing the ocean or lagoon, and a back door opening onto a tropical garden. Spacious bathrooms are beautifully appointed with great cascading showers. All guests enjoy a personalised 24-hour butler service.

The enormous Villa Residence is a classical island home with clear views of the Indian Ocean over a private swimming pool and spacious terrace. Featuring two bedrooms, two en-suite oversize bathrooms with shower and Jacuzzi, a fully fitted kitchen and living and dining areas, the Villa Residence is truly a ‘home’ to enjoy to the full. Completing the luxury experience, a personal chef and butler are at the guest’s disposal on request.

Restaurant/Bar
At One&Only Le Saint Géran, dining is an experience of gastronomic worldly discovery and delight, worthy of all senses. Our restaurants offer an array of local and international cuisine – as well as a variety of special dining venues.

At PRIME Contemporary Grill enjoy only the finest Australian Angus Wagyu beef, fresh seafood and local produce. Modern Indian flavours are served at the Indian Pavilion located along the water’s edge with views of the green sugarcane-clad mountains and the private lagoon. Wines are carefully selected to match the complex and intense flavours of the Indian cooking.

Surrounding the pool and overlooking the Indian Ocean, La Terrasse offers all-day dining with an eclectic variety of local and international specialties. Nightly entertainment accompanies dinner, providing an exceptional voyage of cultural discovery. Table d’hôte menus feature seafood straight from the ocean, spicy Creole cuisine and the delicate subtleties of France, India, China and Asia.

One&Only Le Saint Géran is able to offer a host of alternatives to both enhance and personalise the dining experience. We are happy to accommodate special dietary needs of guests with prior notice. Private Dining at One&Only Le Saint Géran truly offers the best of both worlds; dine in comfort with an extensive in-suite dining menu available 24-hours a day or at a table on the beach, the choice is yours.

Younger guests are not forgotten and we are able to provide tasty and nutritious meals from an extensive menu incorporating our Signature foods. The Beach Service offers light snacks and beverages during the day.

The bars at One&Only Le Saint Géran specialise in a wide variety of cocktails. Tropical and Mediterranean fruits are blended with a touch of rum to create uniquely smooth and refreshing drinks.

The Pool Bar is the ideal watering hole for guests taking a refreshing dip in the pool, or basking in the sun nearby; at night it is a wonderful place to gather and sip an exotic island cocktail. The Golf Club Bar offers a light lunchtime menu with drinks, including cocktails, served all day.

The wine cellar at One&Only Le Saint Géran offers an expansive selection of exquisite wines from around the world; from France and across Europe to California, Chile and Argentina, and on through South Africa to Australia and New Zealand.

Golf
The lush Gary Player 9-hole, par-33 course, complete with its own clubhouse and One&Only Golf Academy, offers complimentary green fees for guests.

Kids Club
For the ultimate Mauritius Family holiday we offer KidsOnly which is a fully supervised club for children ages 3-11 years old. The complimentary club offers a range of daily supervised programmes and age-appropriate activities adapted to all age groups with a focus on discovery, education, local culture, nature, sports, and arts and crafts. Children under three years old must always be accompanied by an adult or guardian. Baby-sitters are available at a nominal charge.
A Teens Club is available for 12 to 17 year-olds, giving the opportunity to connect with new friends in a safe environment. Excursions, outings, discos and more are designed to entertain teenagers.

Spa
One&Only Spa is a discreet sanctuary nestled amongst a lush tropical landscape overlooking a reflecting pool with ocean views. Our unique outdoor spa pavilion is suspended over water amidst the tropical gardens of One&Only Le Saint Géran, where selected treatments can be experienced.

Choose from an extensive menu of traditional and contemporary treatments including facials, Signature Massages and Rituals, body and beauty treatments, face and scalp treatments, Stressbuster for Men, Hair Salon, Yoga and Pilates, Pedi:Mani:Cure Studio and much more. A fully equipped Fitness Centre offers various fitness regimes including Power Plate, swimming, Aqua training and running.
