The resort is situated on a private peninsula on the secluded Anse Louis beach on the west coast of Mahé, approximately a 25 minute drive from the airport.

Rooms
Maia Luxury Resort & Spa Villas are located within lush tropical gardens with unforgettable sea views. Ocean Panoramic Villas and Maia Signature Villas have been purposefully designed to stimulate your senses.

Most Maia Signature Villas are in close proximity to the Spa and dining area with direct access to the beach; with one designers favourite Villa located on the hillcrest. Suitable for families with children and some sharing common gardens, all afford spectacular sunsets and dramatic vistas. Maia Signature Villas feature a dedicated butler service.

Ocean Panoramic Villas are located on Maia’s hillcrest on our private peninsula, with magnificent panoramic views across the stunning azure ocean and tropical island surrounds.

Some of the features of our Villas are separate pavilions and a private, infinity-edged pool, luxury air-conditioned bedrooms including ceiling fans and inter-leading bathroom with a walk-in shower, dual vanity, glorious outdoor and double sunken-bath tub, Maxi-size Hermès amenities, a standard bar in the Ocean Panoramic Villas and customised mini-bar in the Signature Villas and state-of-the-art entertainment including flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod station.

Restaurant / Bar
Maia Luxury Resort & Spa offers a menu featuring Asian, Indian, Mediterranean and Creole cuisine at its finest using only the freshest ingredients. For guests seeking low-calorie options the Maia culinary team is able to offer ‘haute light cuisine’. Various private dining options and barbeques are also available.
Tec-Tec Restaurant at Maia is the only gourmet restaurant to be found on Mahé and specializes in Mediterranean cuisine with an Asian-Creole accent. En route to the main pool and beach, you will discover the Sunset Pool Bar where a variety of delicious snacks and refreshing signature cocktails are served.
Fantastic cuisine and fine wines are an integral part of Maia’s essence and the Maia Wine Boutique features more than 300 vintages from around the world and includes exclusive and rare vintages as well as selection of New World wines.

Kids Club
Maia Luxury Resort & Spa is child and family-friendly. We keep children entertained with a diverse range of ‘Very Important Kids’ (VIK) activities and menus that suit their tastes. For younger children there’s sand castle building, accompanied swimming lessons with toys and snorkelling in the pool, as well as painting and colouring sessions. For teenagers, activities can include treasure hunts, group canoe trips, volley-ball and movies.

Spa
The boutique Spa at Maia provides an extensive range of treatments and massages. Exclusive treatments for both adults and children are designed for pure relaxation, transcendental meditation and pampering.
